Dosage & Administration
Take this medication by mouth as needed, about 1 hour before sexual activity, with food. Avoid taking it with a large glass of water. The drug should be taken with a full glass of water only, with or without food. Do not take it with any nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide) or nitroprusside (e.g., riociguat, isosorbide dinitrate). Nitrates are nitric oxide and work by this mechanism of action, thus not affecting the heart. This medication must be taken as directed on the prescription label.

I have been using Viagra for several years and I have noticed a noticeable reduction in my blood pressure and I am now starting to feel more relaxed and have less pain in my chest and legs.
Now, as my blood pressure has dropped to an acceptable level and is now not causing any discomfort, I am taking this medication. I have read that Viagra can cause a mild to severe drop in blood pressure and that is the reason I am taking this medication.
I am concerned about the potential side effects of the medication but I have been prescribed this drug with no side effects. I have had several people tell me they are having similar problems but none of them has had the severe side effects they have been suffering from.
I do not believe that this is the problem and I am sure it will go away on its own.
The problem is that it can be very dangerous for people to take Viagra because it can be dangerous for them to be taking it.
I have been taking the medication for years now and am not having any side effects. I am worried that I may not be able to get the relief I need I have experienced.
